The logo from the geocaching site – geocaching.com I’d like to try letterboxing. It’s a paper and pens version of geocaching. But, I liked the logo for geocaching and wanted to try making it.
I made these as real estate icons. Making ASCII art from icons I find online is fun, like a creative art exercise. Icons are fairly simple in design and not big projects to start.
I made a shopping cart and clothes hanger before. Now shopping bags and a present.
I made a snoo. Fussed over it and still, not quite right. Snoo me.

I sent the ASCII art to them via Twitter. Never heard anything back. As usually happens. ASCII art is under rated and only remembered by retro gamers I think.

I could have made it bigger but then the letters wouldn’t have worked so well as eyes.
Update – The site is still going but I left. They headed in a different direction, making it about art instead of just being social. I don’t remember deleting my account (I may have) but the link is no longer there now (January, 2021).
